What is a Potential?
Potential is a record of opportunity arises from the lead you have recorded earlier. Potential is an indicator of the incoming potential revenue for your practice.
Follow these simple steps;
- Go to SimpleCRM > Leads. Click on any lead.
- You can see on the right side of the Lead page is the Potential Case area. Click link Add Potential Case.
- You need to fill in the Potential Case form.
- Case Name
- Practice Area
- Stage
- Date Added
- Property Price
- Description
- Once you are done, you can click on Create Potential button.
