How to Add New Lead?

What is Lead?

A Lead is an interested party who wants to inquire more about your service. What differs a lead from a prospect, is that the person has genuine interest to engage with your legal services.

To create new lead, follow these simple steps;

  1. Go to SimpleCRM > Leads. Click New Lead button.
  2. You will be directed to a A New Lead form.
  3. Start filling the forms. The only required input fields are the Name, Lead Owner and Lead Source. The rest of the forms is optional
  4. Once you are done filling the necessary fields, you can click Create Lead button.
